Century 21 Prestige is a three-office regional company that has been serving the real estate needs of homeowners in five counties for over forty years—since the 1970s. It is the only multi-office real estate company located in southcentral Missouri. Over the years, it has been professionally handling the needs of the military, the rural folks, the city dwellers, and those seeking a resort lifestyle.

Les Mironuck, the driving force of the Company, started his career almost four decades ago as a real estate salesperson. He eventually transitioned to management and finally became the broker/owner of the Company. He now serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

During Mironuck’s long real estate career, he worked more than a decade for Corporate Century 21—managing the franchisor’s growth in three states (Missouri, Iowa, and most of Illinois). Along the way, Century 21 Prestige has earned many of the most coveted awards: numerous Gold Medallions, Centurion awards, and the Pinnacle Quality service award.

Although the Company is proud of its corporate achievements, the success of its salespeople is even more impressive. In the past three decades, the Century 21 Prestige salespeople have been recipients of every possible production award that Century 21 has to offer—including three “Rookie of Year” award winners, Top Salesperson of the Year (four times), numerous Centurions, and Quality Service Awards. In fact, one of its salespersons took the President’s Award—the highest individual award possible in the Century 21 system, and is awarded annually based on a combination of high production and a superb Quality Service rating.
